Bella Una Views Fine Fragrance in a New Way

IPDA finalist features innovative scent and packaging

Bella Una is a fine fragrance company with an individual, romantic and passionate nature, which has been nominated for the 2010 International packaging and design award by HBA Global. This brand is described as a forever evolving collection of fragrances that captures the most intimate of times, turning them into a perfume evoking the fondest memories we all have.

Bella Una calls itself the first brand of its kind to create a new way to view fine fragrance. A paramount characteristic of Bella Una is exclusivity. With the exception of one “signature” fragrance, Bella Una will release new scents upwards of four times per year in limited quantities, and only producing each one a single time, making each fragrance one of a kind, similar to the emotions that inspired it.

To add to Bella Una’s unique nature is its presentation, starting with its presentation, arriving in a mulberry bark box. Beyond the lid is an envelope sealed with a handmade flower that contains a handwritten love letter that inspired the specific fragrance. Finally, nestled beneath the love letter is the simple glass bottle containing the exclusive scent. Each new scent will be assigned a female’s name and will have qualities that lend an idea of where “she” came from. Each “girl” will tell a tale and have a journey. Each “girl’s” story will help identify what is to come inside that beautiful bottle—always creating a persona rich with romance and love, with a flawless story and explanation of where the scent came from and its inspirations.
